Embroidery Toolkit

Privacy

Your designs stay on your device.

Embroidery Toolkit is designed around local browser processing. This notice explains the small amount of website data used to operate and improve the public beta.

Embroidery files

DST, PES and JEF files are read, rendered, analyzed and converted in your browser. We do not upload file contents, file names, stitch coordinates, thread colors or converted files to our server. Designs remain in memory for the current tab and are cleared when the page is refreshed or closed.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives limited product events such as the current tool, embroidery format, coarse file-size range, processing-time range and anonymous error code. File names and design data are excluded. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled. You can change your choice from “Analytics settings” in the footer.

Essential local storage

Your analytics choice is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember it. The public beta does not create accounts or store cloud projects.

Operational logs

Like most websites, the server and its security proxy keep short operational access logs. The site may also record a limited client-error category and page category when the interface fails. Error messages, stack traces, file names and embroidery data are not included.
